Press Only service We also offer a Press-Only service (also called ironing-only or steam-only) for most delicate garments (for example dresses, or suits). Press-Only Service is not available for bedlinen & shirts. Simply let us know in your instructions while booking online, and we will apply a 30% discount to the usual cleaning price for the items that only require ironing.

Post-wedding cleaning is one of the most common reasons brides come to us. Stains such as champagne, body oils, mud, grass and watermarks all behave differently depending on the fabric and how long they have been left untreated. For the best results, we recommend bringing your dress to us as soon as possible after the wedding, ideally within two weeks. Our in-house bridal tailors at the BLANC Chelsea Studio provide a full range of bridal dress alterations, taking in the bodice, adjusting the hem, shortening or adding straps, reshaping the neckline, altering the bustle, and adding bespoke embellishment. Every alteration is completed within our own atelier by experienced hands. Nothing is outsourced. In addition to bridal gowns, we also work on bridesmaid dresses, mother of the bride outfits and wedding suits for grooms and groomsmen. We recommend booking your first fitting two to three months before your wedding day. For more detailed work such as structural changes, lace additions or full restyling, allowing at least three months ensures the best possible results. Bridal Fitting Consultations (Only in Chelsea Studio) We offer private bridal fitting consultations at our Chelsea Studio, your own dedicated time with our bridal specialist to assess your dress, discuss your requirements, and agree on the care or alteration plan before any work begins. How it works The Ozone treatment uses clean technology to break down the biological structure of bacteria, leaving items totally disinfected. It is proven to sanitise entirely. It has been specially designed with a patented system that quickly and safely converts the Ozone back to oxygen leaving no harmful residuals and with no risk to our staff or customers.
