Some industries resist change. BLANC was built to force it.

When BLANC opened in Marylebone in 2013, 90% of London's dry cleaners were soaking your clothes in perchloroethylene — a carcinogenic solvent already banned in France and California. The customer experience was transactional. The process was toxic. Nobody in the industry seemed bothered.

BLANC replaced everything. Liquid CO₂ technology — one of the world's most advanced cleaning processes, which recaptures 99% of its CO₂ per cycle. Wet-cleaning with biodegradable detergents.   • What is your return policy?

    If you're not completely satisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we'll make it right. You can reach us at info@blancliving.co or call us on 020 8004 2630. Your satisfaction is our priority.

  • How long does shipping take?

    Our standard turnaround is 48–72 hours from collection to delivery. For household items such as sofa covers, please allow 1–2 weeks, and for delicate rugs, 1–3 weeks. We offer free collection and delivery across London (W, SW, NW and central postcodes) on orders over £30.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    We currently serve London and surrounding areas. For items outside our collection zones, you're welcome to send garments to us by post — please contact us at info@blancliving.co to arrange this.

  • Do you clean designer and luxury garments — Chanel, Dior, Loro Piana?

    Absolutely. We specialise in the care of designer and luxury garments. A 30% supplement applies for designer labels and a 100% supplement for luxury labels, reflecting the extra care, attention and VIP-lane treatment your pieces receive. Every garment is handled by our expert team using non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning methods.

  • Can you collect and deliver my dry cleaning in Chelsea, Marylebone or Knightsbridge? 

    Yes! We offer free collection and delivery across London's W, SW, NW and central postcodes — including Chelsea, Marylebone and Knightsbridge — on orders over £30. Same-day collection is available in select areas. Book online or WhatsApp us on 07930 681692.

  • Do you clean and preserve wedding dresses?

    Yes, we offer a specialist wedding dress cleaning and preservation service, with prices ranging from £75 to £400 depending on the gown. We also provide personal alteration appointments for wedding dress fittings. Please contact us in advance so we can give your dress the care it deserves.

  • Do you clean fine bed linens, duvets and home textiles?

    Yes. We clean a full range of household textiles including bed linen, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels, tablecloths, curtains, rugs and sofa covers. All items are wet-cleaned using eco-label compliant, non-biological detergents — gentle on your fabrics and kind to the environment.

  • Do you offer services for hotels and fashion houses? 

    Yes. We work with businesses, hotels and fashion houses through our corporate service, offering on-site collection and delivery, CSR-friendly non-toxic cleaning, and dedicated account management.   •  How long does dry cleaning take?

    Our standard dry cleaning turnaround is 48–72 hours. Leather and suede items typically take 1–2 weeks. For large or delicate household items such as rugs, please allow 1–3 weeks. Need it sooner? Get in touch and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
