Schedule a collection online in under a minute or by phone. Our driver collects your garments from your chosen address at a time that suits you. Why a doorstep service does not mean a compromise on quality
Some collection services are convenient but generic — garments are batch-processed and returned without individual attention. BLANC applies the same standard to collected garments as to those brought into a studio. Every piece is inspected, cleaned by a method selected for its fabric, and finished by hand. Convenience and quality are not a trade-off. The collection is simply how the garment reaches the Atelier.

What to expect on collection day
Our driver arrives at the time and address you selected when booking. You do not need to sort, label, or bag your garments in any specific way — our team handles that at the Atelier. If you have specific instructions for any item, a note or a brief conversation with the driver is enough. If you are not available at the door, garments can be left with a concierge, a receptionist, or a neighbour you nominate at booking.
After collection, you will receive confirmation of the items received. If any garment requires longer than the standard turnaround, a heavily beaded dress, a leather jacket, or a piece that needs specialist stain treatment, you will be informed before work begins, not after. Delivery follows the same process in reverse: the driver returns your cleaned and finished garments to the same address, or to a different one if you specify a change when booking.

3. We collect straight from your doorstep
Our driver will come to your address on the agreed date & time to collect your order. Make sure to have your bag ready during this slot!
4. We send your itemised e-receipt
Book now, pay later! Your card will only be charged after we have inspected your items in our Atelier and your e-receipt will show the breakdown per item.
5. We deliver on the agreed date & time!
Once your items have been processed and quality-checked, our driver will deliver them back to you on the agreed date & time.
