BLANC+ Membership – Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Overview

BLANC+ Membership offers exclusive benefits to regular customers in exchange for an annual fee. These include a 10% discount on all cleaning services (excluding bridal), access to occasional member-only and product promotions, and other perks communicated throughout the year.

2. Membership Fee & Duration

  • The annual membership fee is £50, charged at the time of sign-up.
  • Your membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • This is a non-refundable fee once the membership has commenced.

3. Auto-Renewal

  • Your membership will auto-renew annually on the anniversary of your sign-up.
  • You will receive a notification 14 days prior to renewal.
  • You may cancel auto-renewal at any time via your account or by contacting Customer Care before your renewal date.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

  • There is a 3-month minimum commitment period.
  • If you choose to cancel your membership before the end of this period, the remaining value of any benefits used (e.g., discounted cleaning or tailoring) will be charged retrospectively.
  • After the initial 3 months, you may cancel at any time without penalty. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current annual term, and will not renew.
  • Membership fees are non-refundable, except in the case of error or exceptional circumstances as assessed by our team.

5. Discount Terms

  • The 10% discount applies to all cleaning services except bridal services.
  • The discount cannot be combined with other offers, unless otherwise stated.
  • Tailoring and alterations may or may not be included; check service listings for clarification.

6. Delivery

  • Standard delivery charges (if applicable) still apply.

7. Exclusive Offers

  • BLANC+ members may receive exclusive promotions or early access to sales. These are offered at BLANC’s discretion and communicated via email.

8. Account Requirements

  • Membership benefits are tied to your BLANC account and cannot be transferred or shared.

9. Changes to Terms

BLANC reserves the right to modify or update these terms and the membership offering. Any significant changes will be communicated in advance.
