Pre-Pay lets you add credit to your account in advance, with bonus credit added on top - giving you more value to spend on services.
Orders must be paid in full before they can be collected (in-store) or delivered. If your credit balance is insufficient at the time of payment, the remaining amount will be charged to the card saved on your account. If no payment method is available and your credit does not cover the full cost, your order may be withheld until full payment is received.
Our minimum pre-pay amount is £300.
Yes, credit expires 12 months from the purchase date. You can top it up anytime using the Get Started Link above.
Your available balance is always visible in the BLANC app in the Payment Information section.
Yes, Pre-Pay credit can be used across all BLANC services, including cleaning, tailoring, and repairs - even products.
