Islington buys clothes to keep. That makes cleaning the decisive factor in how long they last. A coat bought to last fifteen years should still be in the wardrobe in fifteen years, and that comes down to the method: no heat to shrink it, no PERC to leave residue in the cloth, and a finish that respects the shape it was cut with.Our Marylebone studio is the nearest of our four. For Angel, book a collection in the Blanc app and hand over at your door. Each piece is inspected individually at the Atelier and cleaned with liquid CO₂ or wet cleaning with biodegradable detergents. Availability for your address is confirmed at booking.

Wool, cashmere and camel are cleaned with liquid CO₂ at low temperature, without water, and finished on the hanger. No shrinkage, no shine.
Vintage from Camden Passage
Old dyes and fragile fibres are tested before any method is chosen. If a piece cannot be cleaned safely we tell you rather than risk it.
Knitwear for the winter
Cashmere and wool are wet cleaned with biodegradable detergents, reshaped and dried flat, so the loft of the fibre is kept.

We collect from N1 addresses, with availability for each address confirmed at booking in the Blanc app. Enter your postcode to check your slot and any delivery charge for your area.
Yes. Each vintage piece is inspected on arrival at the Atelier and tested where the dye or fibre is uncertain. We clean with liquid CO₂ or wet cleaning at controlled temperature, and never with PERC.
Marylebone, at 79 George Street, W1U 8AQ. It is a short journey west, and garments can be dropped there directly during opening hours.
Standard turnaround is 48 to 72 hours from collection to delivery. Leather and suede take longer, and large or delicate household pieces such as rugs are quoted individually at booking.
Two. Liquid CO₂ dry cleaning, which works at low temperature and is gentle on fine fibres, and professional wet cleaning with biodegradable detergents. We have never used PERC, the conventional dry cleaning solvent.
