Garments that have crossed a border in a suitcase are creased, sometimes marked, and often made of fibres that need care. Each is inspected and cleaned by liquid CO₂ or wet cleaning, then finished on the hanger.
Hotel and serviced-apartment stays
We collect from and return to hotel and apartment receptions. Give the building and your name at booking, and the handover is managed for you.
Mansion-block households
Bed linen, duvets, curtains and the family’s coats in one collection. Household textiles are wet cleaned with biodegradable detergents and returned pressed.

Yes. We collect from and deliver to hotel and serviced-apartment receptions across W2. Give the hotel name and your details at booking. Collection and delivery are free on orders over £30
Standard turnaround is 48 to 72 hours from collection to delivery. Book on arrival and the garments are back before the end of most stays, inspected and cleaned at the Atelier by the method each fibre needs.

Standard turnaround is 48 to 72 hours from collection to delivery. Leather and suede take longer, and large or delicate household pieces such as rugs are quoted individually at booking.
Two. Liquid CO₂ dry cleaning, which works at low temperature and is gentle on fine fibres, and professional wet cleaning with biodegradable detergents. We have never used PERC, the conventional dry cleaning solvent.
