Before you book.
Yes. A recurring collection can be set in the Blanc app for the same day each week. Collection and delivery are free on orders over £30 across W14 and W6.
Yes. Blazers are cleaned by liquid CO₂ or wet cleaning depending on the cloth, shirts are laundered with biodegradable detergents, and repairs and alterations are handled by our tailors.
Notting Hill, at 77 Lonsdale Road, W11 2DF. It takes drop-offs during opening hours, and collection from your W14 address is available for the days you cannot get there.
Standard turnaround is 48 to 72 hours from collection to delivery. Leather and suede take longer, and large or delicate household pieces such as rugs are quoted individually at booking.
Two. Liquid CO₂ dry cleaning, which works without heat and is gentle on fine fibres, and professional wet cleaning with biodegradable detergents. We have never used PERC, the conventional dry cleaning solvent.
