Each piece is inspected and tested where the dye or fibre is uncertain, and cleaned with liquid CO₂ or wet cleaning with biodegradable detergents, with ozone treatment where a piece needs freshening rather than a full clean.

Yes. Camden Town is inside our north-west London collection area. Collection and delivery are free on orders over £30, and slots are booked in the Blanc app.
By specialist leather care: cleaned, conditioned and, where needed, repaired, never with solvent or heat. It typically takes two to three weeks, and the time is confirmed at booking.
Marylebone, at 79 George Street, W1U 8AQ, a short journey south. Drop-offs are welcome during opening hours.
Standard turnaround is 48 to 72 hours from collection to delivery. Leather and suede take longer, and large or delicate household pieces such as rugs are quoted individually at booking.
Two. Liquid CO₂ dry cleaning, which works without heat and is gentle on fine fibres, and professional wet cleaning with biodegradable detergents. We have never used PERC, the conventional dry cleaning solvent.
