Every piece we collect is inspected and documented at the Atelier, then cleaned by the method its fibre asks for, so from here on it stays the size and shape it was made.Our South Kensington studio on Bute Street is a few minutes’ walk east. Drop garments in, or book a collection in the Blanc app and hand over at your door or your building’s reception. Every piece is inspected individually and cleaned with liquid CO₂ or wet cleaning with biodegradable detergents.

Cleaned with liquid CO₂, at low temperature and without harsh solvent, so no further residue builds in the cloth.

Bed linen, duvets and curtains are wet cleaned with biodegradable detergents and returned pressed, with the wardrobe in the same order.

Standard turnaround is 48 to 72 hours from collection to delivery. Leather and suede take longer, and large household pieces are quoted at booking.

Two. Liquid CO₂ dry cleaning, which works at low temperature and is gentle on fine fibres, and professional wet cleaning with biodegradable detergents. We have never used PERC, the conventional dry cleaning solvent.
