Fashion showrooms keep garments that must be presented perfectly and cannot be replaced. Each is inspected, documented and cleaned without heat by liquid CO₂.
Coats for the park
A Regent’s Park walk in February is hard on a good coat. Wool, cashmere and shearling are cleaned by the right method for each, and shearling in particular is never put near heat.
Household linen in a mansion flat
Bed linen, duvets, tablecloths and curtains are wet cleaned with biodegradable detergents and returned pressed. Collected with the rest of the order.

Yes. We collect from any W1W address with a door we can reach, including blocks with a porter. Add handover instructions when you book. Collection and delivery are free on orders over £30.
Standard turnaround is 48 to 72 hours from collection to delivery. Each sample is inspected and documented at the Atelier on arrival and cleaned without heat, so it returns as it left.
Marylebone, at 79 George Street, W1U 8AQ, a few minutes’ walk west of Great Portland Street. Garments can be dropped there directly.
Standard turnaround is 48 to 72 hours from collection to delivery. Leather and suede take longer, and large or delicate household pieces such as rugs are quoted individually at booking.
Two. Liquid CO₂ dry cleaning, which works without heat and is gentle on fine fibres, and professional wet cleaning with biodegradable detergents. We have never used PERC, the conventional dry cleaning solvent.
