Yes, from any W6 address with a door we can reach or a reception that can hand over garments. Add access details at booking. Collection and delivery are free on orders over £30.
Yes. Recurring collections are set in the Blanc app for the same day each week, and shirts, wash and fold and dry cleaning can all go in the same order.

Standard turnaround is 48 to 72 hours from collection to delivery. Leather and suede take longer, and large or delicate household pieces such as rugs are quoted individually at booking.
Two. Liquid CO₂ dry cleaning, which works without heat and is gentle on fine fibres, and professional wet cleaning with biodegradable detergents. We have never used PERC, the conventional dry cleaning solvent.
