A Hampstead coat does more miles than most. It goes up to the Heath in all weathers and it is expected to look right at a dinner the same evening. That is a lot to ask of wool or cashmere, and it is only possible if the cleaning does not shrink, stiffen or shine the cloth each time.Our Marylebone studio is the nearest of our four, a short journey south. For Hampstead, book a collection in the Blanc app and hand over at your door or through your housekeeper. Each piece is inspected individually and cleaned with liquid CO₂ or wet cleaning with biodegradable detergents.

Wool, cashmere, camel and waxed cotton each need a different method. Each is inspected first, cleaned without heat, and returned on the hanger.
Cashmere for the village
Wet cleaned with biodegradable detergents at controlled temperature, reshaped and dried flat. The softness of the knit is kept.
The house in Belsize Park
Bed linen, duvets, curtains and table linen wet cleaned with biodegradable detergents and returned pressed. Large pieces quoted individually.

Yes. NW3 is inside our north-west London collection area. Collection and delivery are free on orders over £30, and slots are booked in the Blanc app.
Yes. Give the contact for handover at booking and we collect and return through them, at a time that suits the house

Standard turnaround is 48 to 72 hours from collection to delivery. Leather and suede take longer, and large or delicate household pieces such as rugs are quoted individually at booking.
Two. Liquid CO₂ dry cleaning, which works without heat and is gentle on fine fibres, and professional wet cleaning with biodegradable detergents. We have never used PERC, the conventional dry cleaning solvent.
