About dry cleaning →Cashmere and fine knitwear
Wet cleaned with biodegradable detergents at controlled temperature, reshaped and dried flat. The loft of the fibre is preserved, which is what keeps cashmere feeling like cashmere.
Made-to-measure tailoring
Cleaned with liquid CO₂, without heat or water, so the canvas and the hand padding stay as the tailor set them.
Leather, suede and shearling
Cleaned and conditioned by specialists. Shearling in particular is never put near heat. These take longer than tailoring, and we confirm the time at booking.

By specialist leather care, without heat, which would harden the skin and shrink the coat. Shearling takes longer than cloth, typically two to three weeks, and the time is confirmed at booking.
Standard turnaround is 48 to 72 hours from collection to delivery. Leather and suede take longer, and large or delicate household pieces such as rugs are quoted individually at booking.
Two. Liquid CO₂ dry cleaning, which works without heat and is gentle on fine fibres, and professional wet cleaning with biodegradable detergents. We have never used PERC, the conventional dry cleaning solvent.
