New apartment buildings have concierges and no cleaners, which suits a collection service. A working wardrobe of tailoring, shirts and a good coat is picked up from the desk, cleaned at our own Atelier by the method matched to each fibre, and returned to the desk within 48 to 72 hours. The building was designed around the desk, and so is the service.Our Marylebone studio is the nearest of our four, a short journey west. For King’s Cross, book a collection in the Blanc app and give your concierge as the handover point. Every piece is inspected individually and cleaned with liquid CO₂ or wet cleaning with biodegradable detergents.

Yes. Give the concierge desk as the handover point at booking and we collect and return through it. Collection and delivery are free on orders over £30 across NW1 and N1C.
Yes. Recurring collections are set in the Blanc app for the same day each week, and every service can go in one order.

Standard turnaround is 48 to 72 hours from collection to delivery. Leather and suede take longer, and large or delicate household pieces such as rugs are quoted individually at booking.
Two. Liquid CO₂ dry cleaning, which works without heat and is gentle on fine fibres, and professional wet cleaning with biodegradable detergents. We have never used PERC, the conventional dry cleaning solvent.
