The pieces that matter in W10 are often the ones no ordinary cleaner will touch: a 1970s leather coat, a beaded 1930s dress, a shearling from Golborne Road. Each is inspected before anything is done to it, then cleaned by the method its fibre and its age ask for, at low temperature and without PERC.Our Notting Hill studio is on Lonsdale Road, a few minutes south. Drop garments in, or book a collection in the Blanc app. Each piece is inspected, tested where the dye or fibre is uncertain, and cleaned with liquid CO₂ or wet cleaning with biodegradable detergents.

Old dyes and fragile fibres are tested before any method is chosen. If a piece cannot be cleaned safely, we say so rather than risk it.
Denim, worn in
Good denim is wet cleaned with biodegradable detergents at low temperature, without the harsh agitation that fades and weakens it.
Leather and suede
Jackets, coats and bags are cleaned and conditioned by specialists, never near heat. They take longer than cloth, and we confirm the time at booking.

Before you book.
Yes. Each vintage piece is inspected on arrival at the Atelier and tested where the dye or fibre is uncertain. We clean with liquid CO₂ or wet cleaning at controlled temperature, and never with PERC.
Yes. Ladbroke Grove and North Kensington are inside our west London collection area. Collection and delivery are free on orders over £30, and slots are booked in the Blanc app.
Leather and suede typically take two to three weeks, longer than the 48 to 72 hours for cloth, because conditioning and drying cannot be hurried. The time is confirmed when you book.
Standard turnaround is 48 to 72 hours from collection to delivery. Leather and suede take longer, and large or delicate household pieces such as rugs are quoted individually at booking.
Two. Liquid CO₂ dry cleaning, which works at low temperature and is gentle on fine fibres, and professional wet cleaning with biodegradable detergents. We have never used PERC, the conventional dry cleaning solvent.
