Cleaned without PERC and at low temperature, it keeps its softness, its colour and a matt finish at the seams, however many times it comes in.Our Marylebone studio is a short walk north. For W1S we recommend collection: book a slot, and a specialist takes the order to the Atelier where each piece is inspected, tested and cleaned with liquid CO₂ or wet cleaning with biodegradable detergents.

Silk is wet cleaned with biodegradable detergents at controlled temperature. Chiffon and lace are handled individually. Nothing goes near heat.
Boutique stock and samples
Boutiques and galleries in W1S keep stock that must be presented perfectly. Each piece is documented on arrival and returned finished on the hanger
The shoes and the bag
Leather shoes and handbags are cleaned, conditioned and repaired by specialists. Collected with your garments; returned when the leather is ready.

Before you book.
Yes. Collection and delivery are free on orders over £30, and slots are booked in the Blanc app. We collect from residential addresses and from buildings with a reception that can hand over garments.
A supplement applies for designer and luxury labels, reflecting the additional time and individual handling each piece receives at the Atelier.
Professional wet cleaning with biodegradable detergents, at a controlled temperature and with the piece handled individually. Silk keeps its hand and its colour, and it is finished without a hard press.
Standard turnaround is 48 to 72 hours from collection to delivery. Leather and suede take longer, and large or delicate household pieces such as rugs are quoted individually at booking.
Two. Liquid CO₂ dry cleaning, which works at low temperature and is gentle on fine fibres, and professional wet cleaning with biodegradable detergents. We have never used PERC, the conventional dry cleaning solvent.
