New-build living is designed around the concierge desk, and so is our service. The tower has no cleaner of its own, so we collect from the desk, clean every garment at our own Atelier by the method matched to its fibre, without PERC, and return it to the desk within 48 to 72 hours.Ours does. Book a collection in the Blanc app and give your concierge as the handover point. Each piece is inspected individually at the Atelier and cleaned with liquid CO₂ or wet cleaning with biodegradable detergents. Our Chelsea studio on Lower Sloane Street is the nearest for drop-offs.

Yes. Give the concierge desk as the handover point at booking and we collect and return through it. Collection and delivery are free on orders over £30 across SW8.
Yes. Dry cleaning, shirts, wash and fold and bedding are collected together, cleaned by the right method for each at the Atelier, and returned together in 48 to 72 hours.

Standard turnaround is 48 to 72 hours from collection to delivery. Leather and suede take longer, and large or delicate household pieces such as rugs are quoted individually at booking.
Two. Liquid CO₂ dry cleaning, which works at low temperature and is gentle on fine fibres, and professional wet cleaning with biodegradable detergents. We have never used PERC, the conventional dry cleaning solvent.
