Clothes worn in the densest part of central London get dirty in a particular way: not one mark, but a film of traffic and crowd that settles on collars, cuffs and hems. It dulls colour and it is hard to see until the garment is set beside a clean one. Regular, careful cleaning keeps it from taking hold.Our Marylebone studio is a few minutes’ walk north, on George Street. Drop in, or book a collection from your W1C address. Every piece is inspected individually at the Atelier and cleaned by the right method for the fibre.

Outerwear is cleaned with liquid CO₂, which lifts traffic film at low temperature, then finished so the shoulders and lapels sit as they were made to.
Shirts and the working week
Laundered with biodegradable detergents and finished at the Atelier. Set a weekly collection in the app and the shirts come back on the same day each week.
Everything else in the flat
Bedding, towels and the weekly wash go with the same collection. Wash and fold is returned folded; bed linen is returned pressed.

Yes, provided there is a door we can reach or a reception that can hand over the garments. Add the access instructions at booking. Collection and delivery are free on orders over £30.
A coat worn every day in central London benefits from cleaning at the end of each season and whenever a mark appears, rather than constantly. Cleaned with liquid CO₂ and no heat, it will not suffer from the visits it does make.
Marylebone, at 79 George Street, W1U 8AQ, a few minutes north of Oxford Street near Baker Street. Garments can be dropped there directly.
Standard turnaround is 48 to 72 hours from collection to delivery. Leather and suede take longer, and large or delicate household pieces such as rugs are quoted individually at booking.
Two. Liquid CO₂ dry cleaning, which works at low temperature and is gentle on fine fibres, and professional wet cleaning with biodegradable detergents. We have never used PERC, the conventional dry cleaning solvent.
