A wardrobe like this is built slowly, and it should be cleaned with the same patience. A cashmere coat is cleaned without heat so it keeps its size; a silk dress is wet cleaned gently so it keeps its hand; a jacket cut to have a shoulder is finished by hand rather than pressed flat. Every piece is inspected first, and the method follows the fibre.Our Marylebone studio is the nearest of our four, across Regent’s Park. For Primrose Hill, book a collection in the Blanc app and hand over at your door or through your housekeeper. Wool, cashmere and camel are cleaned with liquid CO₂ at low temperature and finished on the hanger. No shrinkage, no shine.
Silk and the stylist’s pieces
Silk is wet cleaned with biodegradable detergents at controlled temperature and handled individually. Embellishment is inspected and protected first.
The house
Bed linen, duvets, curtains and table linen, wet cleaned with biodegradable detergents and returned pressed.

Yes, on orders over £30. NW1 is inside our north-west London collection area, and slots are booked in the Blanc app.
Yes, they are our specialism. Every piece is inspected and documented on arrival at the Atelier and cleaned by the method matched to its fibre, never with PERC. A supplement applies for designer and luxury labels.

Standard turnaround is 48 to 72 hours from collection to delivery. Leather and suede take longer, and large or delicate household pieces such as rugs are quoted individually at booking.
Two. Liquid CO₂ dry cleaning, which works without heat and is gentle on fine fibres, and professional wet cleaning with biodegradable detergents. We have never used PERC, the conventional dry cleaning solvent.
