Yes, where there is a door we can reach or a reception to hand over garments. Add the access details at booking. Collection and delivery are free on orders over £30.
Not with liquid CO₂, which cleans at low temperature without water or heat. That is the reason we use it for wool and cashmere outerwear, and why a coat comes back the size it left.
Our Marylebone studio at 79 George Street, W1U 8AQ, is the nearest, about ten minutes’ walk north. Drop off during opening hours or have the order collected from home.
Standard turnaround is 48 to 72 hours from collection to delivery. Leather and suede take longer, and large or delicate household pieces such as rugs are quoted individually at booking.
Two. Liquid CO₂ dry cleaning, which works at low temperature and is gentle on fine fibres, and professional wet cleaning with biodegradable detergents. We have never used PERC, the conventional dry cleaning solvent.
