W12 is a little west of our studios, which is exactly why we collect. Book a slot in the Blanc app, hand over at the door, and every garment goes to our own Atelier to be inspected, cleaned by the method matched to its fibre, without PERC, and finished by hand. Cleaned with liquid CO₂ at low temperature, without water. Traffic film and marks are lifted, and the garment keeps its size and shape.
The family wash
Wash and fold for the weekly load, laundered with biodegradable detergents and returned folded. Bedding returned pressed.
Repairs worth making
Torn linings, lost buttons, hems and waists. Our tailors alter and repair, and the piece goes in the same collection.

Yes. Shepherd’s Bush is inside our west London collection area. Collection and delivery are free on orders over £30, and slots are booked in the Blanc app.
Yes. Dry cleaning, wash and fold, shirts and bedding can all go in one collection. Each is cleaned by the right method at the Atelier and returned together.
Notting Hill, at 77 Lonsdale Road, W11 2DF. It takes drop-offs during opening hours, and collection from your W12 address brings the same care to the door.
Standard turnaround is 48 to 72 hours from collection to delivery. Leather and suede take longer, and large or delicate household pieces such as rugs are quoted individually at booking.
Two. Liquid CO₂ dry cleaning, which works at low temperature and is gentle on fine fibres, and professional wet cleaning with biodegradable detergents. We have never used PERC, the conventional dry cleaning solvent.
