A good wardrobe should last as long as its owner wants it to. Cashmere kept to its size without heat, silk kept soft without harsh solvent, and tailoring cut to have a shoulder finished by hand rather than pressed flat. It starts with looking at each garment before choosing a method, and that is how every piece is handled at our Atelier.That is what we do. Every piece is inspected individually at our own Atelier and cleaned by liquid CO₂ or wet cleaning with biodegradable detergents. Drop garments at our Marylebone studio on George Street, or book a collection in the Blanc app and hand over at your door or your porter.
About dry cleaning →Cashmere and fine knitwear
Wet cleaned with biodegradable detergents at controlled temperature, reshaped and dried flat. The loft of the fibre is kept.
Tailoring and the season’s coat
Cleaned with liquid CO₂ without heat or water, so canvas and colour stay as they were, and finished without a hard press.
The villa household
Bed linen, duvets, curtains and table linen wet cleaned with biodegradable detergents and returned pressed. Large pieces quoted individually.

Before you book.
Yes. Give the porter or household contact as the handover point at booking and we collect and return through them. Collection and delivery are free on orders over £30.
Yes, they are our specialism. A supplement applies for designer and luxury labels, and every piece is inspected and documented on arrival before a method is chosen.

Standard turnaround is 48 to 72 hours from collection to delivery. Leather and suede take longer, and large or delicate household pieces such as rugs are quoted individually at booking.
Two. Liquid CO₂ dry cleaning, which works without heat and is gentle on fine fibres, and professional wet cleaning with biodegradable detergents. We have never used PERC, the conventional dry cleaning solvent.
