Bring garments in, or book a collection in the Blanc app and hand over at your door or your building’s reception. Every piece is inspected individually and cleaned with liquid CO₂ or wet cleaning with biodegradable detergents.

Standard turnaround is 48 to 72 hours from collection to delivery. The coat is inspected on arrival at the Atelier, cleaned with liquid CO₂ and finished on the hanger before it comes back.

Standard turnaround is 48 to 72 hours from collection to delivery. Leather and suede take longer, and large or delicate household pieces such as rugs are quoted individually at booking.
Two. Liquid CO₂ dry cleaning, which works at low temperature and is gentle on fine fibres, and professional wet cleaning with biodegradable detergents. We have never used PERC, the conventional dry cleaning solvent.
