Every piece is inspected individually and cleaned with liquid CO₂ or wet cleaning with biodegradable detergents.

Yes. Give the concierge or reception as the handover point at booking and we collect and return through it. Collection and delivery are free on orders over £30 across SW1W and SW1E.
Our Chelsea studio at 85 Lower Sloane Street, SW1W 8DA, is about ten minutes’ walk south. Drop-offs are welcome during opening hours.

Two. Liquid CO₂ dry cleaning, which works without heat and is gentle on fine fibres, and professional wet cleaning with biodegradable detergents. We have never used PERC, the conventional dry cleaning solvent.
