2. We Collect From Your Door
Our driver arrives within your chosen two-hour slot and collects your garments, whether that's a single cashmere jumper or a full bag of suits, curtains, and evening dresses.
3. Expert Care at Our West London Atelier
Your garments travel to our specialist atelier where our team inspects, cleans, and finishes each piece individually. We use advanced wet cleaning technology, the most sustainable garment care method available, alongside specialist processes for leather, suede, silk, and delicate fabrics.
4. Delivered Back When You Need Them
We agree a delivery window with you and return your garments cleaned, pressed, and protected. Alterations and repairs are returned finished and ready to wear.

Pricing & Minimum Order
Collection and delivery is free on all orders over £30.
For orders under £30, we charge the difference between your order total and our £30 minimum basket. Missed deliveries attract a £7.50 fee. We send a reminder the day before every delivery so you're never caught off guard.

How quickly can you collect my dry cleaning?
In most areas we can collect within 24–48 hours of booking. Same-day collection may be available in some postcodes — check availability when booking online.
How long does dry cleaning take with collection and delivery?
Standard turnaround is 48–72 hours from collection. We will confirm your delivery window when we collect. If you need a faster turnaround, call us on 020 8004 2630.
Can I send in alterations with my dry cleaning?
Yes. Simply include a note with your garments describing the alteration required, and our team will assess and quote before proceeding. Alterations and cleaning are returned together.
Is there a limit to how much I can send?
No. Our collection service handles everything from a single delicate blouse to a full household linen refresh. For very large orders — curtains, multiple rugs, seasonal wardrobe changeovers — we recommend calling ahead.
